Welcome Address from the President of Ivy Vine Charities, Incorporated
Thank you for visiting the Ivy Vine Charities, Incorporated (IVC) website.
It is my honor and privilege to serve as the new President of IVC, a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1994 by members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Theta Omega Omega Chapter. For more than three decades, IVC has remained steadfast in its mission to provide community grants, community service activities, and scholarships that uplift and strengthen the Montgomery County, Maryland community.
Ivy Vine Charities would not be successful without the countless hours, unwavering support, and generous resources contributed by our community partners, donors, and dedicated membership. Your belief in our mission fuels our ability to do meaningful work and expand our reach year after year.
In alignment with the IVC mission, our fundraising efforts directly support scholarships and book awards for students in Montgomery County and the surrounding areas. Each contribution helps open doors of opportunity and ensures that students have the resources they need to thrive academically and beyond.
